Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order from ADHD Embrace The Chaos. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Change of mind returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. We may refuse a return where an item shows signs of wear, washing, damage or use beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.

To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Personalised or custom-made items

Items that have been personalised or made to a customer's individual specification cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Wrong size

If you've ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provided the item meets our return conditions, you can return it and place a new order for the size you require.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the item to help us resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an eligible online order, any standard outbound delivery charge will be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
